  • Reporting damages to the castings during hot metal pouring process when the casting is in production line

  • Moving all the damaged castings aside from the production batch and sending it to the R&D along with a report stating the damage of casting whilst pouring

  • Cutting and sending samples of damaged castings to the laboratory and consulting with the in-charge scientists of the possible metal composition to improve the casting

  • Checking for faults in core making and hot metal pouring machines and repairing the damages if found any
